If you arrange to have BYO food on your cruise, you need to ensure you provided substantial food, the vessel will not leave the wharf without food, unless organized
prior that no food is required. In the case of no food is brought on board, food will be arranged on your behalf and the full cost will be taken from bond held.
DJ Setup Fee: $100.
Boat Holding Deposit: $1000 (this cost is removed from final invoice price).
Boat Security Deposit: $2000 (this amount is held via a Credit Card Authorization Form only processed if damage occurs and after notification of damage costs).
Booking Confirmation & Cancellation Costs
Booking confirmation will only be confirmed when $1000 holding deposit has been paid and the Credit Card Authorization form has been returned, completed and signed.
Final payment for cruise needs to be paid within 14 days from Booking Confirmation or cruise is cancelled. If cancelled, we will refund 50% of the deposit.
If cruise is cancelled 14 days or greater from cruise date 50% of the cruise price will be refunded.
If cruise is cancelled within 14 days from cruise date you will lose all monies.
If needed we have a reserved car space where the boat is moored for Event Organisers. This gives them the opportunity to decorate the boat or bring food onboard before the cruise.
They will then be able to set the boat up to there liking and travel out with us to the nominated wharf for guest pick up.
